haha.. this is what I made today ~
chocolate chunk cookies haha..
my mum likes it so much ~~ haha..next time I will try put some raisin in it
Ingredients:
butter 120g
Icing 60g
salt 1/8 teaspoon
egg 1( around 30g)
vanilla essence 1/8 teaspoon
plain flour 180g
chocolate 45g
what to do :
1.soften the butter ,and add in salt and icing
2.add in egg and mix well ,later on add in the vanilla essence
3.add in the shifted plain flour,mix well and add in chocolate
4.then put into the fridge for a night
5.later on, cut the dough around 6mm
6.then put in the oven for 15 minutes with 180 degree
